Soraya Coodey: Verizon does not use SIM cards. Sorry. You may just have to buy another phone. I dropped my phone in my yard one day when it was raining really hard. I found it and dried it out, but it malfunctioned ! after wards. I had insurance and got a replacement. Good luck.

Lue Podewils: Do the rice thing. Put it in a bowl of uncooked rice, and leave it there for about a day. This will soak up all the water that's left in it, but do it right away.

Antwan Schrum: So what happened was my cell phone was in my p! ocket, and my pants was put in the washer. It was also after that put in the dryer, and when it was done and we were taking the laundry out of the dryer we noticed it was in there. Right now it is completely dry because it happened a while ago (and also obviously because it was put in the dryer.) My phone is a verizon wireless samsung flip phone, if that even helps.
