I am opening a restaurant. How many customers can I expect?

Matt Gerdeman: our target audience is office workers for lunch and after work, "foodies", and those with an appreciation for good ethnic cuisine, along with young 20-somethings looking for a place to eat with their friends

Esteban Lyson: There are too many variables. You're asking, "How high is up?" or “How long is a piece of string?” It’s an impossible question to answer.

Sharee Doak: I'd say about 8 as the menu doesn't appeal to me.
