How do I dial a Mexican cell phone in Mexico from a pay phone or from my US cell phone in Mexico?

Azalee Ahrendes: We there last year and bought a pre paid phone card. On the back of the card there should be a dial out number, then dial country code ( I think to dial to Canada is 011) then your normal area cose plus phone number. If your not sure of country cod! e ask operator here before you go. You could probably verify with them as well in what to do to use a pre paid phone card in Mexico.
